Serviced apartments offer the comfort and amenity of a home with the convenience and service of a hotel giving you the best of both worlds. As an increasingly recognised alternative to hotel accommodation, serviced apartments attract longer stay guests who prefer this combination of space, privacy, flexibility and staffed support.
Our apartments are situated in popular, well-connected locations and come fully-furnished, providing a comfortable home from home whether in town on business, leisure or a bit of both.
Our attentive team are on hand to ensure that the apartments are clean, well-maintained and that our guests feel valued and enjoy their time staying with us, however long that may be.

For group bookings or for longer stays, please contact us and we can provide you with the best options available.

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit or debit card. Payment is due in full 7 days prior to arrival.

We charge a refundable deposit for every apartment booked. This is paid at the time of booking and the amount varies depending on the length of booking.

If we receive 14 days notice to cancel the booking you will receive a full refund.
If we receive between 14 days and 7 days notice, you will receive a 50% refund.
If we receive less than 7 days notice, no refund applies.

We require 7 days notice in advance of your amended departure date, to shorten any booking.
We will happily extend your stay subject to availability.

If arriving during weekday office hours, a member of our team will be on hand to check you in. Outside of these hours, you will ‘self-check in’ and full instructions will be provided.

No – we have a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking in our apartments will lead to additional charges being levied.

Yes, parking is available although subject to availability and a charge of £10 / night. If you require a parking space please mention this when booking the apartment.

Yes, we can provide these extras, subject to availability and a fee of £10 / night for a fold-down single bed and £5/night for a cot. Please mention any such requirements when booking.

No, but we can recommend providers of airport transfer. Please ask for details.
